Lindsay Iredale was born and raised outside of Portland, Oregon. She currently lives in Brooklyn, New York where she works at Flavor Paper and produces screen printed luxury wallpaper. In 2014 she received her BFA in Printmaking with a concentration in Book Arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland. Her most commonly used mediums include silkscreen, acrylic paint and paper.

Her studies in Japanese language and culture heavily influence her work. In 2013, Lindsay spent 7 months in Japan studying Japanese language and culture at both Osaka Gakuin University and Osaka University of Arts including traditional Japanese crafts such as printmaking and papermaking. Following graduation she worked as a production assistant for Japanese painter Takashi Murakami.
